We endeavor to process and ship all orders received before noon within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday, or the day before a Holiday, are invoiced and shipped the next business day.  Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is 2-4 business days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule delivery only once or twice a week. Please order in advance of need and allow time for delivery. If not at home, UPS will try several times to make delivery, in some cases, depending on area, they will leave package at your door, otherwise they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response in 5 days, they will return the package to our warehouse. If you provided a wrong shipping address and UPS still find your location, your account will be charged accordingly. If you need an expedited delivery, please make a note in the comments section upon check out. Next day and second day delivery are available at an additional charge, which you will be invoice for when we process your order. Next day delivery requests must be arranged by 11AM PST. If you receive a box that is visible damaged don't open it, refuse the shipment and have it returned to us for replacement, by calling UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box you will be responsible for the costs of shipping back. Orders are shipped to the address on file. Please keep your address current.
