We endeavor to process and ship all orders received before noon within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday, or the day before a Holiday, are invoiced and shipped the next business day. Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is 2-4 business days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule delivery only once or twice a week. Please order in advance of need and allow time for delivery. If not at home, UPS will try several times to make delivery, in some cases, depending on area, they will leave package at your door, otherwise they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response in 5 days, they will return the package to our warehouse. If you provided a wrong shipping address and UPS still find your location, your account will be charged accordingly. If you need an expedited delivery, please make a note in the comments section upon check out. Next day and second day delivery are available at an additional charge, which you will be invoice for when we process your order. Next day delivery requests must be arranged by 11AM PST. If you receive a box that is visible damaged don't open it, refuse the shipment and have it returned to us for replacement, by calling UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box you will be responsible for the costs of shipping back. Orders are shipped to the address on file. Please keep your address current.

Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer and many are made to order.
Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you immediately. Please be sure your contact and shipping information are correct. There is an $8 fee for incorrect shipping address. You may receive your order in multiple shipments. We use UPS or USPS.

Products sold by HealthyDogFoodAndMore.com are covered by our 15 day return policy unless otherwise stated.

In order to return a non-defective product, a return authorization number (RA) must be obtained from HealthyDogFoodAndMore.com within 15 days of receipt of order.
RA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance.
Product must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging including documentation and any accessories.
Original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if any item returned because the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
Products that have been damaged by pets or pet owners are not eligible for refund or return.
If your products are damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to file a claim with the freight provider as well as work to get your product replaced as soon as possible.
Please allow up to two-four weeks to receive refunds.
